The Lodge on Iron Mountain is a Tennessee mountain cabin rental that was constructed with your comfort in mind. Designed and built in 1997-98 by the owner, Vikki Woods, the Lodge was sited
to face southwest for maximum sun exposure in the winter and cooling in
the summer. When Vikki first located the property, there was nothing but
hardwood trees, rhododendrons, mountain laurel and pine trees on the 141
acres, which comprise the Lodge's property. Creating a clearing, laying out the winding driveway and then using sticks
and string, Vikki planned the Lodge from the ground up.
Now, a luxurious home
away from home, the Lodge provides a peaceful getaway for friends and families wanting to escape for a time from faxes,
phones and other distractions of modern life and enjoy having fun creating memories together in the mountains.
The Lodge was designed with "feet up luxury". Easy care flooring, comfortable overstuffed furniture, a wrap around deck
for dining, snoozing and chatting, and tiled bathrooms with jetted tubs make
the Lodge just right for your vacation getaway.
