May 15-Labor Day
Weekly rental is $2500.00 for up to 8 guests. Additional guests - $25.00 per night per person.

Labor-Day - September 31
Weekly rental $2000.00 for up to 8 guests. Additional guests - $25.00 per night per person.

October 1-25
Weekly rental is $2500.00 for up to 8 guests. Additional guests - $25.00 per night per person.

October 26 - Saturday before Thanksgiving
Weekly rental is $1800.00 plus tax. Additional guests $20.00 per night per person.

Thanksgiving week
$2500.00 for up to 8 guests. Additional guests - $25.00 per night per person.

Sunday after Thanksgiving - December 22
Weekly rental is $1800.00 plus tax. Additional guests $20.00 per night per person.

Nightly rental - $500.00 per night - 3 night minimum

All rates plus state and local taxes.

Dog fee of $50.00 per dog up to 3 dogs. Dogs must not sleep in any bedrooms except the Equestrian Room PLEASE.

No cleaning fee if Lodge is left in the same order as when you arrived. All furniture put back in place, no dirty dishes left anywhere, any dog hairs vacuumed up. HOWEVER, if the house is left unkempt, then a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to your credit card.

All reservations are held with a 50% deposit to your credit card. The balance may be paid in cash or personal check no later than 60 days prior to arrival. There are NO REFUNDS if cancellations are made after 60 days prior to arrival. We will endeavor to re-rent, and a refund for those days/rooms
which are re-rented will be sent minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. We suggest Travel Insurance through Travel Guard.

We require a Security Deposit of $500.

PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE LODGE OR ON THE BALCONIES OR DECKS. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ON THE HIKING TRAILS - FIRE IS A CONCERN IN THE MOUNTAINS.
