Lodge On Iron Mountain – Floor Plan
On the first floor of the Lodge On Iron Mountain there are the Great Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. A Large Deck surrounds the Lodge.
On the second floor of the Lodge there are the Four Bedrooms, each with a private tiled bath. Two baths also have steam showers.; The Appalachian Spring Bedroom, The Equestrian Bedroom, The Green Bedroom, and The Family Memories Bedroom. Each Lodge Bedroom has views of the mountains and woods. Three of the bedrooms have Small Balconies.
The Garden Suite, (not shown on the floor plan) on the lower Garden Level can function as an in-law or caretaker suite.

The Lodge On Iron Mountain – The Lodge Great Room
The Great Room is the largest room in the Lodge. It runs the length of the Lodge on the southwest side. There are widows and glass doors to let light in and great views and a deck, which surrounds the Lodge, to walk or sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The Lodge On Iron Mountain – The Lodge Dining Room
The Dining Room is large enough to seat 12 people around a single table with room to serve. It also opens to the covered porch for additional seating during good weather. The Chandelier stays with the house. Built in corner cupboards are great for storing china, knick knacks and napkins and place mats.

The Lodge On Iron Mountain – The Lodge Kitchen
The Kitchen has been inspected on a regular basis by the health department and has both a B&B license and a Full Restaurant License. The two houses will be transferred to the new owners Fully Furnished (except for personal items such as books, pictures and some furniture).
The Kitchen features a Bosch dishwasher, under counter ice maker, double wall oven with microwave, 4 burner gas stove, Sub Zero full refrigerator, separate standing freezer, trash compactor and lots of small appliances.
Off the kitchen is the pantry and laundry room with Maytag front load washer and gas dryer. Most appliances are covered under a full warranty with Sears A&E service.

The Lodge On Iron Mountain – The Lodge Deck
Large wide decks and covered porches surround the Lodge On Iron Mountain so you can enjoy all the different Eastern Tennessee Mountain views.
The largest balcony faces the south and has sun shining on it most of the day. The mountain view is grand looking from the top of the mountain and seeing the mountain ranges in the distance.

Appalachian Spring Bedroom – The Lodge
A romantic 4 poster Queen bed, whirlpool tub and shower plus a private balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sound of the gentle stream below make this bedroom a favorite.

Equestrian Bedroom – The Lodge
This bedroom features a King bed, whirlpool spooning tub and 2 person steam shower! There is also a regular shower. The only room without a balcony, but the largest room with room for a crib.

Green Bedroom – The Lodge
This bedroom features a private balcony and a King bed and a spooning whirlpool tub.

Family Memories Bedroom – The Lodge
This bedroom features a King bed to watch the sun come up over Doe Mountain. A private balcony for enjoying the full moon rising between the trees.

Garden Suite – The Lodge
The Garden Suite on the lower Garden Level can function as an in-law or caretaker suite. Comes complete with bedroom, full bath with whirlpool bath and J-Dream shower unit, gas fireplace, small kitchen, office, living room, covered porch over looking the mountains to the south.
